Draft complete + Journal

AHHH!! The draft is done! It took about two hours, tons of cheap craft glue and the high school musical 2 soundtrack on repeat, but I finished it. I'm basically going to be using it as a template, so the pictures, word positions and literally everything is going to be somewhat similar, but only with my own words and pictures. Obviously, the pictures I cut and pasted together like on page one and page 5 are going to be actual pictures, but I did that to represent the kind of pictures I want. The only thing I'm missing from this draft are the page numbers, but that's easy enough to do on my own.

I'm really glad I made the draft because its going to make the final editing sooo much easier cause it's basically a template for me to fill in. Also cause I had a ton of fun making it. For some reason I really enjoy projects like these cause I love to create things. I was really worried at the beginning of the project because I've been having mental health issues that make it hard for me to finish projects and do my school work on time, so I was worried I wasn't going to do the work I knew I needed to do to make this project good, but I think I'm doing a pretty good job of keeping myself on schedule and motivated, which makes me super happy.

Now for the second update! I've created a project journal! Basically, I use it to gather all my ideas for the magazine, the photoshoot and basically everything concerning the project. Right now all I have in there are my ideas for two of the outfits, but hopefully, I'll be filling it with inspo, clippings from magazines for ideas for mine and basically anything relating to my project. It's really just a way to keep myself more organized so I don't lose track of where I am, and I can keep all of my work together. I keep my draft in there too, mostly so it doesn't get ruined. There's a pattern here with me right? To me, the biggest part of the project is keeping myself organized, and the more things I can use to track my progress and tell me what to do. Honestly, with all the things I've created to organize myself, this project better turn out great.

That's all for right now. I'll probably have another update later in the afternoon after I finish my first fitting session with the shadow model, so please stay tuned for that! I'll also have another update probably coming out tomorrow finalizing the location and the date for the photoshoot.
